Be careful talking to front desk. There is one lady there who is very hateful, rude and seemed alittle racist. Breakfast area has good options just fills up fast, but tables aren’t cleaned up after. People suck but the workers don’t really care either. Hotel is clean and smells good, alot nicer then last time I stayed. Room was spacious and very nice. So overall the stay would have been marvelous, but old Keke had to ruin it. Cranky lady

The hotel room space was immaculate I really liked all of the space provided it was more than enough for me, my husband and our three children. The rooms were clean. That's about the most that we liked about the hotel. We went to look around because we like to get a look at the fitness center as well as the pool area. Unfortunately, the fitness center left lots to be desired. It is very small but I guess good enough to get a quick workout in. The pool is indoors but it pool was very dirty. The water was very cloudy with things floating in it. There was no way we would use it in the condition it was in. There were also no towels in the area nor any towels in the fitness center area. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The eggs and bacon tasted horrible. We probably would not return.

Great hotel, stayed there during the World Cup, the stay included transportation to and from AT&T/Dallas Stadium, was a great plus we didn’t know. Only thing is the towels smelled kind of funky, everything else great.

The Hampton was clean, and our room was okay. The staff seemed to see guests as an inconvenience (especially daytime desk staff). It may have just been an off day. I was also surprised that things that would normally be provided as a complimentary service was actually a charge. My daughter forgot her toothbrush. I think this is the first time I have ever been charged by the hotel for an item like that. In fact, we had to pay $2 for a toothbrush that would probably have cost $1 for 5 of them at a dollar store. When I asked about having my Hilton Honors account added to the stay, I was very rudely told that it would not apply because we booked through a third party. I can understand that policy, but I think the way it was handled was definitely curt. I'm not sure that I would recommend this location. I will continue to stay at Hamptons, however, because this is probably the first time I have ever had an issue.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was one of the best I've seen at a hotel, with an amazing variety! Will definitely stay here again!

Check in was super easy, and the girl working was so kind and helpful! We came for a Rangers game and the location was great. Made it a very fast drive to park at Globe Life. Kids were able to enjoy the pool. Room was clean and loved the flavored water downstairs. Breakfast provided makes our mornings easier. Plenty parking in the back area and it was well lit. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but wasn’t a big issue at all. We just went down to the 4th floor to get it. Will 100% stay here again when we come next year for another game!
