One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. They have ceilings fans which I thought was really cool. Very clean and quiet even though right back downtown (I think-it was fairly busy outside)

Please note this property is not a hotel but a motel. Its a place where industrial workers stay passing through or at extended rates. Its located in the middle of food places waffle house, chicken fry, and McDonalds. There is some type of birds that dwell in trees surrounding building that makes noise sun up to sun down just loud for no reason. I was moved from one room to another (upgrade) due to pest in my room (cockroaches). It was nothing as I expected. The gym on site was out of order. The desk wasn't familiar of surrounding food places. Forney is a city that is still being developed perhaps I should have checked age of facility before choosing. I wont use this establishment again.
