I called and asked if I could get an early check-in and was told no, check-in was 3P. I arrived at 2:58 and was rudely told I would have to come back in 10 minutes and couldn't even wait in the lobby. The guy who eventually checked me in was nice and professional unlike the original woman who was rude and abrasive. Room was not bad except for bedspread with stains and cigarette burns in a non-smoking room.

Dont stay at this hotel!

This place in my opinion shouldnt be endorsed by hotels.com it is disgusting. The rooms were gross non of the appliances worked, the fridge got a little cold but everything else was broken! When we plugged in the microwave it sparked and shut off the tv so we unplugged it and never tried again! The little cook top stove didnt get hot at all the range over it with the fan and light didnt work...the cabinet doors were broken and filthy, the door looked like it had been broken into before and the security latch ok the inside was broken! Also check in was brutal! Took my almost an hour and a half due to "shift change"! The man stood at the front counter doing nothing while we were outside waiting! The new worker arrived and still i had to wait! It wasnt until i contacted hotels.com directly and then they called the hotel did things start to happen for me! Hotels.com is amazing and made sure i was checked in and happy ish with the room before letting me go! 10 out of 10 recomend hotels.com but this hotel get 0 out of 10!

It was adequate in the barest sense. A bathroom, and place to sleep. The bed was fairly comfortable. The sheets were old and discolored but appeared clean, the bedspread full of stains and cigarette burns. The two towels provided were small and threadbare. No place for hanging clothes. Although I had no security problems, based on the environment and "feel," I'm glad I was armed. It did have Wifi and a TV, and a microwave and fridge. Far from glamorous, but sufficient.
