"Excellent location. Just minutes walk from Kinshicho station and several shopping malls and food options nearby. It's a rather dated hotel by design, but it is still well maintained. The room is mostly clean, just a few areas that could have more attention like the air cleaner/humidifier. Breakfast buffet is not very comprehensive, but it is sufficient. A great plus point is that there is direct airport limousine bus access to both airports, great for those who can't deal with the subways and luggage together.... But do make reservations early for the trip to airport as they can get sold out on the limited time slots for the day quickly. Nice quiet area that is away from the tourist crowd.... Also the room view to the Tokyo Skytree is fantastic. "

"Wha a beautiful hotel!! We stayed in a deluxe family room and it was very roomy and beautifully designed! Location was super convenient from train station (arriving from Narita airport and departing JR train the next day). Wish we had longer at this hotel! Late check-in was very smooth and very helpful staff. "

"This was one of my favorite hotels in my entire 2 week trip! We stayed in 4 different hotels from Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo (including the famous Imperial Hotel Tokyo) and the Nogha had a great bed, great service, fantastic restaurant in house and many more benefits and pluses. The room was small but incredibly efficient, the rain shower head was amazing and refreshing after the long days, the lobby gacha was cute and I won a free drink coin plus 10% off in the restaurant! We also had an experience where we lost a CPAP machine on a taxi we took from one hotel to the Nogha and the amazing front desk help (Naoko and another wonderful woman whose name I cannot remember) helped us by calling the taxi company, confirmed they had it, and informed them that we would be making the trip to come get it that night so it made the retrieval so much simpler. Also loved the DJ they had playing the 24-26th at the Pizza restaurant, and the restaurant was also extremely good and we enjoyed our first taste of Japanese pizza."
