The house is a flexible combination of three suites, each with it's own stunning view and separate entrance. Carson's Run is a very unique home that can accommodate up to twelve in for a wedding party, family reunion or group vacation.

The Phoenix Suite sleeps up to six guests. The Gathering Room features a sitting area in front of a fieldstone fireplace, perfect for curling up with a great book. On game day, or movie night, the TV area with large wall-mount screen, is the place to be. One of the two seating areas doubles as a queen size pull-out. This unit has a fully outfitted kitchen with adjoining dining room. A large Master Suite with king size brass bed also provides a cozy sitting area for a bit of peace and quiet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and can be accessed from the master bedroom if needed. Out on the screen porch, you'll find a daybed, rocker and dining set; a nice place to get together at the end of the day. You can serve dinner right from the grill as the sun sets.

The Fireside Suite conveniently adjoins the Phoenix on the same level. This small romantic suite with private bath and separate entrance features a queen size iron bed right in front of a gas fireplace. There is a screened porch for morning coffee that you can prepare in your own very neat mini-kitchen.

On the lower level, the Mystic Suite adds a queen bed as well as a queen pull-out sleep sofa in the sitting area. This suite has a country modern feel with an eclectic combination of antiques and collected pieces. A fully equipped kitchen comes outfitted right down to the salt, pepper, sugar and Splenda. This unit also has it's own entrance and a wrap around porch.

The house has everything you need to hideaway for a week or maybe longer.... Don't forget the groceries!

Wonderful home for large gatherings

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home and it was also very well stocked. Our host was very prompt to answer any questions and it is conveniently located to Dahlonega’s town square. We would definitely recommend and plan to visit again ourselves.

Beautiful Property and Amenities

The property exceeded expectations! With teenagers, it was nice for everyone to have their own space when they wanted it, but also plenty of space for us to hang out together. The property is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has everything you need and then some! Location is close to downtown Dahlonega for a quick trip into town. Great stay!

Relaxing Family Weekend

Our group of three sisters and spouses spent three nights in this charming cottage near Dahlonega, GA. The house was perfect for our visit! It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The mountain view was awesome!

Great getaway for our family

It was a great layout for each couple to have their own privacy. The layout seemed a little quirky at first but we quickly realized how perfect it was for some separation but the common areas held all of us. The screened in porch was amazing!

Great mountain getaway!

Beautiful view, great neighborhood. Close to town and attractions. No food delivery, not a problem for us, but be sure to plan accordingly. Will definitely visit again in the future!

Check in/out super easy. Location is perfect. 1 hour from Cherokee casino, 1 hour from la Prada on lake burton, 30 min from Helen, 15 min from dahlonega, tons of wineries all around, tons of golf all around. Can’t wait to return.

Great House with Fabulous Views

Great house, close to downtown Dahlonega and the North Ga wineries. House layout is perfect for multiple families and friends looking for a quick escape. Each room has a view of Yonah Mountain. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Setting

We loved the house(s) and the set up. Each family could have their own space and come together in the main living area. The views are beautiful! I was grateful to find a walk-in shower as well as a chair height toilet with railing for our mom. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again!
