"The best part of our stay was the covered patio ocean view and the view from our room. You can hear the ocean waves 24/7. However, there were several cockroaches in our room on a daily basis. Half the days we did not habe clean towels and the last day we did not even have coffee in the morning. This propery has a pool which is nice but otherwise we left the hotel for all daily activities. Also check in was difficult. We never recieved the 24 hour virtual check in email and when i messaged the property we recieved no reply. It wasnt until we arrived in the evening and we called the customer care number that we were able to get any check in details. "

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.
