Staff were so helpful and friendly! The food when we ate in the hotel restaurant was great. The only issue really was with our bathroom, every time you used the shower it basically flooded the place, but for a short stopover stay this hotel was worth it for location alone!

Our room was fabulous! It was clean and spacious. I loved that I could unpack my suitcase and put my clothes in drawers and hang them up. I appreciated the full sized mirrors. The bathroom was spacious which made it easy to get ready. The staff was very quick to answer questions or help us when needed. The hotel breakfast was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Front Desk staffs are all very polite and helpful though some of them might not speak English very well, they still be a good listener and find the way to help. This probably the best Hotel in Daegu as location is great, very convenience for all the sightseeing hot sports, walking distance to Subway and just outside its door, you could locate the bus stop for the open top bus tour. A small tips for travellers, you must check with Front Desk if they had switch on the air conditioning in the room for you or not, otherwise the room temperature would be over 28 Degrees Celsius.

Without Papago I wouldn’t have understood the room toilet nor TV. Everything is in Korean. The gym was not clean, dusty on the floor and the weight equipment was old. I may stay again but they should upgrade with more information in English and clean the gym.

Disappointing

Rooms far too hot. States air con when you book but they won't turn it on, instead at 18 degrees outside the rooms are at 27! Windows don't all open. Staff are not really interested in customer service. Cocktail and coffee offer no honoured, instead a welcome drink of one per room, either wine or beer. Beautiful views and nice rooms. Can't turn the heated toilet seat off! No instructions anywhere in English or any other language other than Korean so not really Traveller friendly.
