我訂了一間加大雙人套房，check in竟給ㄧ間頂樓加蓋的3人雅房，衞浴廁所皆在門外，跟老闆反應（並非所訂房型），竟給一間單人房，拒絕後，說只剩6人家庭房要加錢，我真的覺得很不滿意飯店的服務，這樣提前在訂房網預定的房間到底有沒有真實性，房間照片只是參考，並非實際入住房間，

Not good hotel

I booked and paid 02 rooms for 04 people by hotels.com But when I come to the hotel, the owner of hotel talked to me that it's fault. They had only 01 room more (family room with 02 double beds), so they can gave it to us with cash. But I talked to them that I had already paid by my credit card on hotels.com. After 05 minutes, they agree with me but not comfortable. So, after all, I get only 01 family room, not 02 rooms.

Once the renovations are finished it will be great

I don't want to say anything bad about this place as they are clearly just getting on their feet. I blame Expedia for our disastrous stay as they clearly did not properly see if this place was ready for guests. In a month or so they will be good to go I would say and I think it will be a nice place to relax.

disappointing given the great reviews it has

We chose the hotel because of the great reviews. Saying that we were quite disappointed. The construction is new and nice the balcony is excellent and you have good place to park. But the room was not clean tgere were many hairs and the bathroom had a superficial clean up (the shower floded a d the toilet seat was not clean well. The people hardly spoke English and were not really communicative. The fridge and the ac took forever to cool. The breakfast was ok just the omelette. And the location is far from the beach and the town.

Transport Difficult

We booked a family room with balcony, but were given a ground floor room as they were booked out of balcony rooms.We stayed 2 nights. As our travel insurance doesn't cover motorbikes, and they had no car, we had to use their free pushbikes. English was limited.

Perfect stay just outside the city

The hotel was new and very clean! The room was big and we had a lovely view of the river! The family here was so accommodating and really cared about us having an enjoyable trip. I will stay here for sure the next time I come to Hoi An! They are located a few kilometers from the old quarter but it is easily accessed on bicycle.

Friendly guesthouse

Very nice homestay, our only comment is that the bathroom was not conected to the room it was outside and it was not very clean Overall the guesthouse is new and family is very friendly

À éviter.

La première impression était bonne, hotel au calme à l'extérieur de la ville. Cependant le personnel cherche constamment à vous vendre des choses. Ils ne cessent de demander que vous réserviez une autre nuit ou que vous achetiez des vêtements ou des tours chez leurs amis ou partenaires. Quand nous avons demandé les vélos gratuits ils ont essayé de nous louer dès scooter (120VND) L'apothéose a été d'être reveillé à 5h40 du matin avec la musique à fond venant de la réception. Une honte ! Sinon la chambre est belle mais très peu d'équipement (il n'y avait pas de serviettes) le frigo ne fonctionne pas et la climatisation n'était pas réglable. Il faut 15/20 minutes à velo pour atteindre le centre et les vélos sont en mauvais état. À noter tout de même qu'ils ont été d'accord de nous déposer en ville le dernier jour (après avoir montré le flyer)

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Hoi An, was aber kein Problem darstellt, da Kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen oder Man sich einen Roller mieten kann. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Vor Ort können auch ganz einfach Ausflüge gebucht werden, was alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Mein bisher bester Aufenthalt in Vietnam.
