"We stayed in a Premier Double room on the 11th floor, the staff were excellent to deal with, it's a great location across the road from the beach and central to all things beach wise. A few negatives from us were the room is quite small with very limited storage, the bathroom is a terrible design and the sink is outside the bathroom in the middle of the room, doesn't quite work. There is construction of another building directly beach front side of the hotel and the noise from there is an inconvenience as they work into the night unfotunately. We did try to upgrade to a better room but the hotel was fully booked, we did receive a complimentary spa session which was excellent, overall a few negatives but generally a nice hotel to stay at."
