"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had an ongoing issue with check in for months prior to our arrival. We had to call the German company who manages the bookings and this resulted in another call to a Czech property manager who eventually got us in. They should use Expedia messaging communication to simplify the experience for customers. I would stay there again, if the...

Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

8/10 Good

"Nice place, free pool entrance, kids club Minus - the sofa very uncomfortable Happy with stay and services, just the bed quality was not good."

Hotel Relaks Wellness & SPA

8/10 Good

"The hotel is in a perfect location for hiking to Śnieżka – it took me approximately 3 hours to reach the summit from the hotel. Everything else was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the bathroom on the second floor, which had limited headroom due to the sloping attic ceiling. This could be inconvenient for taller guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. It would be helpful to mention this in the room description so guests can make an informed choice when booking."

Osada Śnieżka

8/10 Good

"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"

Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent

Perfekcyjna lokacja, wszedzie blisko, spory parking. Pokoje duze i czyste.

10/10 Excellent

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
