"The breakfast was a smaller menu but exactly what we wanted/needed."

"The nicest people to work with at this hotel. Very attentive to making sure their guests have everything they need. Great breakfast each morning with homemade options thrown in, like potato patties. Rooms are quaint and comfortable. We had a small issue with noisy neighbors the second night and it was taken care of promptly after a quick call downstairs (even though it was after the front desk closed at 10). Would definitely stay here again. "

"There were a lot of options for breakfast. I wouldn't say the warm items were the best I've had, but there was variety and different options each day, fitst day was ham, fried egg patties and breakfasts potatoes, second day was egg-bacon- cheese bites, sausage and bacon. They also have a waffle bar, bagels, toast muffins, different cakes (pumpkin, lemon, chocolate banana) yogurt, fruit and cereal. It was great not too have to think about what to do for breakfast! And really nice that it was included with our stay. "

The space was the perfect size and incredibly comfortable, but the real standout was the shower—it was easily the best I've ever experienced, featuring incredible water pressure and a full steam function. The staff's attention to detail was spectacular, and I truly appreciated them checking in via text daily to ensure we had everything we needed. This will now be my first choice every time I visit Custer"

"The house was fantastic- from the patio out back, to the well-stocked kitchen (and welcome gift!), to the awesome hot tub, to the super comfy beds. The decor was very updated and stylish. The location was super handy for exploring the Black Hills. Jack was very quick to reply to texts.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would recommend this place to anyone!"
