"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was very courteous and helpful."

"Very noisy hotel. Random banging at all times of the night and 5am in the morning. If you are looking to relax this is not the hotel."

"Pleasant staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, pretty quiet neighborhood but not too far from the downtown!"

"Très bel hebergement en face d un parc très tranquille"

"It was a budget hotel next to the airport. Rooms were really cold, and it took a while for the water to warm up. Friendly staff. Spartan room with older TV. Breakfast 7-9 am, checkout 10am. Both kind of early. Let us store bags on checkout day for free."

"No wifi"

"We had an excellent stay at Apu Mountain Lodge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the breakfast each day was great and it was a quick Uber to all different parts of the city."

"Large, comfortable, warm room. Great service, convenient to the airport. Good breakfast. Almost warm shower."

"Top stay in Cuzco, and tasty drinks at the lobby"

"Staff are very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean (we stayed in different rooms); good location where is convenient for go every where while just away from the noisy central area."

"Room is good"

"El hotel es muy bonito y la habitacion super comoda"

"I had a wonderful stay at LP Los Portales in Cusco. The location is unbeatable, everything felt clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. I’d definitely come back."

"Het hotel ligt ver uit het centrum maar is toch nog redelijk prijzig. Het gebouw, de kamer, de badkamer zijn wat gedateerd. Niet zo'n gezellige aanblik. Het ontbijt valt wel mee. Er is vanalles en wordt ook regelmatig bijgevuld."

"Excellent customer service"

We'd specifically paid extra for a room with a bathtub, as we were arriving after a multi-day hike and were looking forward to a relaxing bath. However, when we arrived, we were given a downgraded room without one. When we raised this with the staff, they weren't particularly helpful. I gathered that...

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended."
