Extremely accommodating staff, great breakfast options, high quality sheets
Great little hotel! The breakfast was perfect! Upstairs neighbors were loud and the hotel is a little ways away from everything which requieres a lot of walking to everything but on the upside less noisy than the center.
My friend and I loved the property, super cute for a fair price.
The staff was so nice and the breakfast very tasty and healthy, they work just with organic products from the area which made the experience unique.
The location is fairly close to the main plaza.
We highly recommend El Balcón.
Lovely rustic and cozy hotel right in the heart of the city center. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was all very pleasant.Easily walkable. Close to the train station and airport. My only complaint was the wi-fi signal in the hotel room was poor, though it worked fine in the common areas and restaurant.
We really felt taken care of at El Balcon. The kitchen staff: Juanita, Marlene, and Nely made delicious food and their care felt like a warm hug. We loved the very homey kitchen and restaurant.
This is a cute accommodation, very authentic and not a cookie cutter. The way it’s set is to disconnect, there is no tv in the room, just a good simple room with a good mattress. Breakfast is great, good cofffee.
The breakfast was delicious and fresh with plenty of choices. The fresh baked bread was amazing. The staff was very accomadating. And the coffee...Wow!
The rooms were fabulously clean, comfortable beds, the staff was super friendly, and the courtyard was beautiful. It was a noisy street, but that seemed to be a consistent everywhere in Cusco. Easy walk to the main square. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the view.
The stay was fantastic and super unique - the staff was super friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and the room was clean and quiet.
The hotel has a very antique and rustic feel which very much added to it as well.
