"This was our second year staying in the train cars at Doolittle Station. Last year, we stayed in the Blue Caboose and this year in The Artiste. We prefer the Blue Caboose hands down over the Artiste. Cleaner, better laid out, and better stocked. In the layout of The Artiste, you walk into the living room, into the bathroom, then into the bedroom, and finally the kitchen. The kitchen was missing simple things like paper towels which we purchased and left for the next person. Also, no hand towels,...

"Comfortable, clean and accommodating!! The house was perfect for us to visit family in the area and a plus that we were able to bring our dogs. Will for sure stay here again in the future!"

"My 2 daughters and I spent the night in the Presidential train car. Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, the historical items throughout and especially enjoyed our meal at the Angry Goat Restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food The manager of the train station, Matthew, added to out experience by adding historical information we did not previously know. He was friendly and extremely helpful during our stay."

"The room was still dirty, there were dead bugs, hairs in the bed, dirty sock in the closet, old candy inder the bed. Everything was closed and under renovation so there was not much to do. Even though online has so many activities listed. Was very disappointed. "
