"The rooms themselves were great and the breakfast was delicious. However, there is a shared kitchen which is available to prepare any other meals…it is not in good condition at all and needs some serious TLC if the space is to be offered for guest use. For example the oven is FILTHY, the sink is perpetually full of used, dirty dishes and cutlery/crockery/glasses/cookware all need to be upgraded/replaced. I think the shared space is a great idea, but it has to be drastically improved to reflect...

"Lodge is still new and therefore very neat and tidy and well set out. Lovely lounge and bar area. Staff are super friendly. Ideal location, be it a travel stop-over or golf outing. "

"Beautiful aesthetic with quirky touches reminding you of old school yesteryear. Large spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting with all amenities thought of and provided. Breakfast is included in the price which is real bonus."

"There was wifi but it was not in a reachable zone by our place. We never had sufficient cutlery and haf to ask. There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the whole wall os co ered with dampness which was not healthy for my 2 kids"
