I enjoyed staying here it was walking distance to anywhere I needed to get to in curitiba. The hotel was very comfortable and good value for the price

Great location

Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

Good value

Nothing special, same level as Ibis for example. Cost benefit if you're looking to save some money. Towels were super dry and old, AC was noisy, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Quarto limpo, porem tem uma caixa de dijunntores que faz muito barulho. Em outras vezes ja tive esse probleminha. Mas o que realmente está muitíssimo ruim é o colchão! Faz uma canoa onde quer que vc deite. Também não é a primeira vez. Em outra ocasião reclamei na recepção e a camareira colocou um edredom dobrado para amenizar o desconforto. Mas no geral

A Limpeza estava excelente o quarto é muito confortável. O único ponto “negativo” foi o primeiro contato com a recepcionista, pois cheguei antes do horário do check in e perguntei se haveria possibilidade de liberar o quarto, mesma informou que nao. Entendo que seja uma norma do hotel, mas um pouco de simpatia até para dar um NÃO ao cliente é bem vindo.

O café maravilhoso, pois além de delicioso estava sempre super quente. Todavia, poucas opções de bolos. Um chantily ou uma nata cremosa e leve darua um toque a mais para quebrar o doce do bolo. Travesseiro muito baixo. Tive de pedir mais dois, pois na primeira noite amanheci com o corpo todo dolorido, principalmente o pescoço.
