"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful.
The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....

"The Fantastic Hotel was unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the Plus side: the taxi ride from the airport cost $ 25 USD. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally pleasant in English, French and Spanish. I got to meet his wife and kids and they were all very nice. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, the pool was very clean and refreshing. The elevator was very fast and quiet – my room # 305 was quite small, but adequate, with a queen-size bed, table with 2 chairs, small...

"Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."
