Daniel the receptionist was professional ,friendly, polite and very informative on the history of the Oceanmist. We couldnt have asked for anything better.He sorted things for a surprise birthday presentation in one of our rooms.When out on deck of our last evening, he noticed us on cctv and came out and supplied us with blanckets."
