"This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet. "

"Contact less check in was very easy. Received detailed text with all necessary information and suggestions of things to do in the area prior to arrival. Room was clean and linens and sheets were nice quality."

"This place was perfect for our family. We visit Culpeper every autumn to see family, and go trick or treating. This house checked every box. It was close to our family, was very clean, super comfy beds, great hot tub, grill, fire-pit, and of course, the awesome arcade for the kids. Andy was extremely responsive and very accommodating. 10/10 for us, we would definitely stay here again! "
