"The stay was pleasant, the place is clean and nicely decorated. However, the photos make it look like there are two bedrooms and more space, while in reality, there is only one bedroom and three rooms total. The lack of privacy is an issue, especially with the glass wall between the bedroom and the living room. The sofa bed was hard to use, we couldn’t even unfold it properly. Overall, the pool table is a nice touch, although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "The hotel has a really welcoming atmosphere, with a comfortable reception area, and modern decor. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is a short walk from the music venue Les Docks and very close to the Vigie metro stop. "

"We were so looking forward to a 1 night stay here as part of our honeymoon. As regular travellers to Montreux we were excited to finally try Suisse Majestic but were bitterly disappointed. Paid for a deluxe lake view room. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was very poor and cramped. The shower head didnt stay up, and access was limited. The "balcony" was tiny - very disappointing. Our main gripe was the temperature of the room which was set at 27 degrees - way too hot! We couldnt adjust this as this is "hotel policy". The phone in the room didnt work, so we tripped down to reception. Advised to open the door. This didnt have much effect so ended up with the door open ALL night - not much sleep with outside noise from traffic and friday night revellers. Weed smells started drifting in from about 6am, so we gave up. Definitely wouldnt return."
