"Great staff however watch out for the mini markets. They change there prices depending on there mood. We paid €2.50 for water and the next day they charged €4.50. Also take cash as you will pay alot more for using a card."

Baglioni Resort Sardinia - The Leading Hotels of the World
10/10 Excellent
"Really lovely resort for families … didn’t feel
Big or overcrowded but just perfect for a family holiday . Clear room, great AC, wonderful breakfast and beach with pool ! All you need is here !"
"This is an amazing hotel and amazing stuff specially Andrea the front desk staff , hotel that goes out of his way to help guests is worth 6 stars highly recommend and worth every single euro that was paid . Happy to stay again . Thanks"
"Breakfast is included with many options. I felt like there are beautiful beaches in Northern Sardinia easily accessible from the hotel with a rental vehicle. Palau is under an hour away to ferry to the island of La Maddalena, the highlight of our trip. Parking is free and the location is perfect. Next to airport, stores, and restaurants but the hotel restaurant is there, open until 11pm. There’s also a small bar and the outdoor pool is nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Sardinia can get expensive so it was nice to find an affordable option. Room and shower is very nice and hot. Overall we had a blast staying here."
"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting.
Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with “it’s nature”. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didn’t clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water.
There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."
"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves.
The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner.
I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes.
That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
"Clean room, strong air conditioning, limited views but I think that was just because I had one of the cheaper rooms - the others had very nice balconies with big views"
