"Our room had a balcony overlooking the canyon and in all our years of travel we’ve never had a more amazing view from a room balcony. Pay the few extra dollars for the view. It’s worth every penny. The place is clean, and the rooms are nice. The jetted bathtub was wonderful but when you showered water tended to go onto the floor. Lots of shelves and closet space. When we return to Cuenca, we will definitely stay here again. Great value."
