"El personal bastante amable y atento de las necesidades de los pasajeros. Las instalaciones deberían tener mejor mantenimiento, por ejemplo 1 de los 2 ascensores estuvo dañado todos los 8 días de nuestra estancia. Por último lo que sí es un reto, es el parqueadero, porque es demasiado estrecho."

"Un hotel de 5 estrellas en toda regla. Un edificio impresionante, muy buen servicio, habitaciones limpias y con estilo, y en el caso de lo que yo reservé con una terraza espectacular. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para quien quiera tener una buena estancia en Oviedo."

"Great Well Run Hotel, Clean, Nice Room, Plenty of Towels and Central AC that worked very well. Even had an indoor pool. The location is only a 10 min wall to the RR Station and the Center Of Town. Great location to all the center of the city has, Restaurants, Shopping, and History"

"Amazing hotel! The staff was friendly, the lobby, room, and lounges were beautiful and clean. The room was amazing, including the bathroom. The views and location were incredible as well. Everything was conveniently located extremely close to the hotel. Oviedo turned out to be my favorite city I visited on my trip, and that was very surprising to me, and much of that was thanks to this hotel. I would love to come back to Oviedo and would 100% stay here again when I do!"
