"I loved that the place had beach access. They had two pools and the had a parking garage that is closed off at night. The town and neighborhood felt very safe but it is was a nice touch to have that option for your vehicle. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I loved the decor of the place, it was just a great vibe overall."

"The resort it self was clean enough and the staff was helpful once you asked for help! They are definitely not pro active. The resort it self is OLD to say the least. It is run down to the point of dangerous especially in the pool area. The handles in the pools are barely hanging on and the tile is broken on a lot of parts of the pools. The lounge chairs are gross, dirty, and old. If you leave the resort which you will have to because there is not much to do just know you will come back to a...

"Great hotel located on the ocean. No beach but stunning views. The building is old and seems to be maintained well but the age is showing in the rooms, especially on the city view side. The staff are super helpful and friendly and there are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance."

"The owners are amazing..make you feel so welcome. The hot water was the best we have experienced in Mexico in terms of pressure and heat. The air conditioner is in the bedroom so the kitchen does not get the benefit of it..a fan in the kitchen would help. The utensils in the kitchen were limited but the owners provided us with the items we requested. We love this hotel."
