"They did not have kept for me available the double twin beds room I reserved. They said that it is Expedia's fault because Expedia did not reserve it with them as a double twin beds room. However in my confirmation from Expedia it showed clearly that I reserved a double twin beds rooms. So I am not sure if it is the hotel playing hames or Expedia not reserving what I reserved with them. "
"For being a 5 star there was a broken fridge, no available ice in the hotel as the machine was broken, the sheets were not high quality not to my standards, the breakfast was marginal and they do not tell you at night the hallways are dark and motion sensors turn them on. Well when i opened the door from my room and looked out no light came on i could not see my hand in front of me i was not stepping into a dark hallway to check….poor design keep the flipping lights ON!!!! Will never recommend...
