"Perfect spot for visiting Dayton! This was our second time returning this property. Host was extremely responsive and home had everything we needed for a weekend visit. With so many good restaurants around we never cooked in the home, yet certainly enjoyed a leisurely coffee each morning. We have already made our next reservation!"

"My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. "Everything was great! It was perfect for our needs. The street it is on is loud and busy but that is beyond their control! Not super noticeable in the bedrooms, especially downstairs."

"Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again."

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"It was fine for 1 night. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen updated. Could not get TV to work. Roku was stuck in Spanish and couldn't get to the home screen to update it.The coffee tables could use a dusting. The beds were firm.Close to a lot of places to eat. The upstairs shower stuff needs to be fixed. My husband said it almost fell apart in his hands when attempting to start the water for a shower. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had extra beach towels so we used these. All and all...
