Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend!"

"Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too."

"The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!"

"We had an outstanding stay. My family had traveled from Wisconsin to Indy to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday: my husband and I, two adult sons, one with a wife and two little kids (ages 4 and 3). This home was comfortable for our long weekend with plenty of room for everyone to sleep, use bathrooms, and have a personal space. The house is older, floors are creaky, and it's an urban neighborhood with houses close together. Not a problem but good to know. The house was a little stuffy when...
