"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."

"The man working at the front desk was less than helpful and was playing loud, violent video games after we checked in and were waiting on the elevator. The rooms were all connected but deadbolted. No hand soap. The toilet had trouble flushing. Some lights didn’t work. We could hear the people in the rooms next to ours clear as day. It felt dingy and needed updating. We ended up going to another hotel."
