"Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable."

"Very good, clean and tidy accommodation. No air con, but openable windows or balcony doors. Big bed with Medium density mattress, no fridge in room. Overall very happy with room. Parking on premises if you pay daily, but free parking over the road after 6pm and free 2 hrs between 8 and 6pm. Never seen a parking attendant or warden in 4 days there. Very well located in lovely area. Swimming pool and gym over the road, cinema is excellent and coastal walk in both directions to Blackpool or to...

"Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Reception staff were disappointing - not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Staff in the dining room and at the bar were lovely. Very friendly and efficient."
