"Extremely kind & helpful staff! Complimentary breakfast was not the most delicious, but offered a good variety of options. We did have to go hunting for the ice machine, as others were out of order. We did notice that the elevator was past due for inspection. Additionally, cleaning service was offered only by request at the front desk. On our last night, the parking lot was full, there were several large trucks and trailers occupying many of the parking spots so we ended up having to park along the curb, but again the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. We didn’t have any real issues & would probably stay here again!"

"We have enjoyed staying at different Hampton Inn hotels for years. We have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn several times. The hotel is in need of updating -- both rooms we have stayed in could use a shower makeover - one of the rooms had visible mold and mildew in the shower area. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and stores that are remodeling."
