They picked us up from the airport and took us to the grocery store for snacks and such and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t have set plans upon arriving so we took their suggestion to visit Lamanai and it was the perfect recommendation. The Gecko Bungalow grounds are so lovely; well decorated and comfortable. There’s lots of lighting accents everywhere and the pool in the courtyard with the swim up bar made us want one in our own pool."

"I just want to say that Vinny is truly one of the nicest Airbnb hosts I’ve ever met. She made us feel so welcome, even though we only stayed for one night. If you’re planning to explore the Ladyville area, I’d recommend renting a car since it makes getting around much easier.
