Exclusive apartments in a villa with a pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and near the beach with wonderful view
The villa is located in the most famous district of Crno molo in Crikvenica on the Croatian Adriatic Sea and is only 60 meters from the pebble beach and approx. 150 meters from the famous sandy beach.
In total it offers five apartments with exclusive interiors and with a balcony, for a relaxing holiday. Each apartment has a parking space. A number of staff are available to assist you during your stay. It is possible to rent an electrill grill for use on the balcony of your apartment (please book in advace, fee required). All guests of the apartments can enjoy the shared pool.
You can relax at the beautiful, newly built shared pool or in the outdoor jacuzzi. The pool is open from 15 June 2019 until the end of the summer season.
The sandy beach is only 100 metres away, a pebble beach and the sea are 60 metres. The nearest restaurants and shops are 15-200 metres away. It is 1.2km to the centre with many restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, bakeries and various shops. Sports enthusiasts can go cycling, mountain climbing, fishing, diving, or play tennis or golf. A diving center is 200 meters away. And if you want to enjoy the nightlife in the evening, you can visit the disco, 1200 meters away. A small shop is just opposite the house, where you buy everything for your daily needs. Next to it there is a café/ restaurant. If you walk along the promenade, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops, bakeries and various other shops.
This 55m² apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate up to5people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. There is a cloakroom in the hallway and a door separates this area from the bedrooms, so you will not be disturbed by people coming and going. Satellite TV and free Internet access are provided.
You can enjoy the wonderful view from the partially roofed balcony with garden furniture and an awning. Or enjoy the pool in the garden of villa, availlable for all villas guests.
The bed linen is cleaned and disinfected. Air conditioning , washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, kitchen, cutlery and crockery, kettle, refrigerator are also available.
