"This is an amazing boutique hotel. It's located not far from everything. The staff were professional and welcoming. My room wasn't a clean as I would've liked. The sofa bed is starting to wear down a bit. Housekeeping did come to replace what we needed, but didn't sweep, mop or clean. The breakfast options were great as well. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Although the hotel is close to Termini station, the room we stayed at had a faulty toilet, the water in the bathtub where you shower was not draining and the bathtub is slanted, has no non-slip mat so you have to be very careful or you'll fall like I did. The shower head was lose and would not stay upright. The upholstery in the room is dirty. The staff was very helpful but the maintenance workers claimed that the situation in the bathroom was fixed yet the problem kept reoccurring."
