Three ladders to access the pool Definitely not set up for accessibility Great elevator access to all floors, easily accessible pathways from the main building to the bar. Breakfast was amazing with a great buffet selection and hot options that you order from your table including three styles of eggs, churros, and pisto."

"The room was freezing, there was no phone in the room to contact reception and the night receptionist did not know a word of English. The only restaurant in the hotel, which was also the only restaurant in that area, started serving at 8:00 p.m. and served only two soups and three rustic dishes, none of which could be eaten. It didn't even have a menu to choose from, and it was immediately filled with drunken men. It was like a nightmare for a family with children."
