"simple place with enough room to yourself outside, inside was accommodating for my stay and it’s been a while since i browsed a dvd wall appreciated tbh lol Good location for border hopping. would of enjoyed the view more if lake was full, but that’s nature and my dog didn’t complane! plenty places around for a hammock. nights were quiet and peaceful. "Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. "This place is awesome. The host was very responsive to my questions. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The property caretakers were fantastic. Mark even found us some fresh eggs and introduced us to the horses. The location was peaceful and the house fit all of us (5) comfortably plus a dog. Had everything we needed to cook dinner and having a ice machine was awesome. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks to Mark, Theresa, and Kim for a fantastic stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in was super easy and the host was extremely helpful, especially when we decided to come a night early and she was able to help us get another night added to our stay. The property was close to springs and a dollar general/ gas station but super quiet and off the beaten path. My family and I loved the cabin feel with a big patio and more than enough room for the three of us and our dogs to enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped."
