Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. Super clean, welcoming, got to pet their pug & french bulldog while drinking coffee in the morning, wonderful patio, and walking distance to everything. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay was perfect, relaxing comfortable. A very well kept rental, centerally located in CB. Grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just sit outdoors and enjoy the cool air. No complaints and would definitely stay again if travels take us back.

Perfect location

Loved the location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rental had everything you need for a great stay and it was super clean. The deck was a great place to sit and relax. Id stay again.

Fantastic property in perfect location. Hosts were great to deal with and the VRBO was immaculate and had every amenity you could need or want. Very child friendly, town/community very family oriented.

Beautiful Property & Location

This two bedroom apartment is on a beautiful private location with lovely grounds. It is in a perfect location only one street over from the main street Elk. It is well stocked and has beautiful furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and want to return next summer. The outdoor space was lovely and we spent a lot of time reading, relaxing and grilling in the shade. The home was super clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were luxurious. The walk into town and the Center for the Arts and the market was easy. This property is perfect.

Beautiful Convenience

We stayed at a gorgeous spot in an incredibly convenient area downtown, which was made even better by our wonderful hosts and their two adorable pups. It’s a quaint property that was a perfect spot to wake up and relax at, get ready for all types of events throughout the day, and come back to in the evening. Can’t recommend this wonderful condo enough!

Great place to visit!

We so appreciated our stay here! The location is so close to so much - our 7 yr old had no problem walking to the grocery store or to dinner. The place is clean and comfortable and the hosts were fabulous and so helpful with any questions! We'd absolutely stay here again!

Beyond Expectations

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was close to Main Street, and we could easily walk there. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace each morning. Also, we enjoyed playing croquet in the evening and sitting on chairs outside the apartment. Our host, Pete, was very nice and was easy to communicate with. This place made our stay in downtown Crested Butte extra special.

Wonderful stay!

Better than expected

The pictures of the property don't do it justice. High quality furniture, so clean, great kitchen supplies, the cutest porch and yard. We hope to stay there again one day.

Great location

This was our first time visiting Created Butte so we wanted to experience the town. The location couldn’t have been better. Also short walk to bus stop for transportation to the mountain. Place was small but was cozy and met all our needs.

Home away from home

Charming first floor apartment with a super charming and cozy feel. Everything was just as described with all amenities you would need. Beautiful landscaped private yard with inviting deck surrounded with trees and beautiful flower gardens, bicycles and croquet. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful, so accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

I don’t think I can come up with the right words to express how incredible this stay was. The owners were there to answer any questions we had as first timers with renting. The pictures did it no justice. While no other facilities around us had a yard and very sizable deck, it was the envy of all in about party when booked elsewhere. We were quite comfortable there and everything well stocked. It was within walking distance to anything in town. We look forward to future stays with them!
