"Did not sleep well as my room 224 was beside what sounded like the hotel boiler room, it sounded as if a motor was running all night. Would stay again but not in any room near there. The hotel was very close to the airport walking distance."

"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Coffee from the communual coffee machine was not very nice. Great location. Quiet and an incredible cafe just next door"

"Welcoming staff and parking is a positive. The toilets and showers are very poor. Doors on toilets don't lock properly, showers are very poor, no cleaning soap in shower or toilet or they were broken. This was on the 3rd floor. Don't know why I was on the third floor s there weren't many guests. Some guests I noticed leave a lot to be desired. I suppose you get what you pay for. This place is in need of a complete overhaul especially the toilet and shower facilities."

"Disabled traveller that requested a room near the lifts, checked in, out the lift and then 2 sets of stairs. Receptionist couldnt move me. Room not clean see photos attached and on a evening coming back to the hotel felt like a prison roll call. When i travel with work the amount i do not experienced this and would not stay here again "
