"Overall, the house was nice and communication with David was excellent. When the family wanted to have the pool heated, he was very quick to respond. The only thing we found odd was the layout of the house. It is essentially 2 separate apartments with no interior stairs joining them. As we were one family using the main kitchen upstairs for meals, this was inconvenient. Also, the laundry area is on the outside of the ground floor entrance. We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly."

"Of all houses I've ever rented (there have been many) this is my favorite. It was super nice having the elevator for my brother whom is wheelchair bound. Home has plenty of amenities and entertaining things to do including many televisions (many of them large) along with video game consoles etc. kids had a great time as well as we. Thanks so much to the owners and their caretaker Scott. Very accommodating and proficient people "

"This place exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean! It has all the comforts of home. Plenty of furniture. Decorated so nicely. The kitchen had every pot, pan, casserole dish, etc. that made cooking our meals a breeze. The beds are so comfortable. My only request for improvement would be to have 2 dish towels and a washcloth for the kitchen. The balcony was my favorite place. And having a second refrigerator was the icing on the cake. We used it for all of beverages and used the other for food. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks Scott for hosting us. We had a great week!"
