The only downside was that the walls are thinner and you can hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. We were tired so it did not hurt our stay. If you want parking book it ahead of time. There are not many spots, you park in a circle in front or offsite. If close parking is important, do it when you make the reservation. This was one of the best breakfasts we experienced. Take the time to walk around. The street in front had live music and vendors as you walked towards the marina. Loved this hotel! "
