"We had a booking, but were told the property had an incident and that we’d been moved to a different one. Just as we were about to check in, they said the room couldn’t accommodate 4 guests and they couldn’t provide an extra cot. They advised us to cancel the booking.
After traveling for almost 3 hours, we ended up having to book a room at a Holiday Inn instead."
