"The hotel was under construction and the elevator was down. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub. So, I can’t speak to that. However, my room was clean and really nice. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was great with many options for grab and go. I would highly recommend Wingate Athens."
"We booked for 2 nights while visiting family in the area and just needed a clean, quiet place to unwind and sleep. This motel fit the bill very well. Our room was clean, spacious and had a small fridge with freezer as well as a microwave oven and coffee maker in the room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast buffet definitely worked for grab and go. We especially liked that they had hot coffee in the lobby all day."
