"The pool wasn't operational, much to the disappointment of our son and his friends. the eggs were gray on the breakfast bar. The room wasn't clean. They hadn't changed the sheets on the pullout sofa, and previous guests had left quite a mess on the sheets."

"We have 2 small dogs so were in a "pet room". Everything was satisfactory. Very roomy and we could walk the dogs easily. This will be my "go-to" motel for Pittsburg, KS from now on."

"We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...
