"Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."

"Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

"Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that."

"The hosts were very awesome to work with and quick to respond. They even sent written directions and helped us navigate getting there by subway. There is a restaurant below it, so we just had to keep our kids relatively quiet which at times was a challenge, I felt like it was in a good spot. We had lots of pizza options and ice cream places close by and we found an awesome grocery store right around the corner. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay."

"Location location. So close to Penn station.Felt very safe. The entry level spacious and clean. Rooms great size, one room was a touch small but was great for one person.The host was very responsive to the few texts that we sent. Next time I’m in NYC this will be my home"
