"We had an amazing stay at The Glorieta. The establishment was very clean & the staff very friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights of our stay however it was difficult to find the first time. Also let it be noted that there are no accesses to increase the jets however the jets are on & do provide some relief. Although the rooms were comfortable & clean they were dimmly lit especially at night without sunlight. We also struggled with enough outlets for charging...

"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient spot. Would recommend to all of my friends and family."

"It was chill"

"Great hotel with great amenities. Food at restaurants there excellent Great location right on the plaza. Only negative was lack of drawer space in rooms and poor toilet paper. Generally if back in Santa Fe would stay at La Fonda on the plaza"

"Don’t care to pay extra for parking !!!!"

"Nice lounge."

"It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds. The housekeeping staff was good, however. But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay."

"Wonderful experience!"

"Loved everything about it! We had the kitchenette which was great having a bigger room! Great location, staff"

"The staff were amazing and the location was wonderful, but our room had a few noticeable quirks. The layout was a bit unusual, as the handwashing sink was located outside the bathroom, requiring us to walk across the bedroom after using the restroom. While the bedsheets, towels, shower, and sinks were impeccably clean, there was still some dust on a few surfaces. Breakfast was generally good, though the coffee was quite disappointing. Finally, we had a minor privacy issue: our room featured a...
