"Our experience was very disappointing. While we were sleeping, the headboard of our bed suddenly fell off, which was both shocking and concerning from a safety standpoint. What made it even more concerning was that the back of the headboard had numerous scratches and marks, making it seem like this was not the first time it had happened. We also had an issue with the bathtub, as the water would not drain properly. We reported both problems to the front desk, but all we received was an apology...

"We had a clean room. the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet.
