"Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was great! Hot tub was not functioning, and when it got “fixed” only one jet worked. Overall, we enjoyed our dog friendly room and the hotels proximity to everything we were there for!"

I was awaken at 7:30am to a knock at the door from house cleaning. room was dated outlets were worn out and didn't work. Bed was comfortable. Shower was ok but showerhead was scaled over. "

"The hotel was incredibly clean, even smelling very clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant within the hotel was delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and checking in and out was so easy. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Hot water ran out more than once, floor tiles in bathroom shifted underfoot because grout was old and cracked, “fitness center” is a joke, ants in the pool area, TVs are small. Beds are comfy and staff is nice, but we left a day early. "

"Our stay surpassed all expectations. Check in was wonderful, the receptionist was very friendly and super-efficient for being almost 800pm at night! The spa was amazing; Lily and Melanie were great. Maybe wish the area was a little bit bigger but no real complaints. Maria was great to work with scheduling our appts. Loved out we were able to be so close to downtown Newport and Thames street without having to stay right in the middle of all of it! The beach views were absolutely incredible. "
