"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. "This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
