"Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable "

"I stayed at Diamond Hill Country House four days mid October and couldn't have been more pleased. We were warmly welcomed by Benny. He graciously 'taxied' us to town more than once, gave us information on the sights of the surrounding area and helped us book the last leg of our trip. "The hotel staff members at reception and in the bar/restaurant could not have been more helpful throughout my stay. There was a slight issue with the plumbing in my room, and although it could not be fixed that night, the response of the evening reception staff member was prompt and they were genuinely willing to be of help. The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant food was lovely."
