"Our 2 night stay was very relaxing. The check in staff were really friendly and very helpful. Our room was large with all mod cons. Really enjoyed the breakfast and that 11am finish was relaxed. Bar was nice with friendly staff, choice of food on menu could be improved adding more vegetables on the side. The hotel was really close and walkable to Naas town centre."
"Hotel staff are up to 4 star quality but the hotel itself is tired looking. There is cracks and chips in the painted walls and the carpets have stains from continuous use over time that has not been kept well. The rooms are nice but there’s nothing really special you wouldn’t get from your ordinary travel lodge style hotels, plus the pillows on my bed smelled of old body odour. The pool was quiet small and had a really loud aqua aerobics class on at 7 in the evening taking up all the swimming lanes which made it really uncomfortable. The menus in the bar are covered in stains and the offering was basic for the value. It’s fine for a corporate stop over but it’s definitely not the luxurious hotel itself tries to display."
