"Absolutely love this apartment. It was the best place we stayed in Ireland. The apartment was exactly as show and was well equipped, it seemed like everything had been thought of. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and spacious. Walking distance of pubs and stores and restaurants. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded on arrival which was great and the staff at reception were friendly and professional. I had a slight issue with my card but the staff were very patient and courteous. Barfood was lovely, coffee area at reception is great and we loved the snug bar. Decor and vibes are what strikes you first but it's the staff that make the difference. Will definitely be back."

"We had a twin room up on level 2. It was quite warm but we had fans. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. It is not a quiet hotel but it is a good one. If you're a light sleeper, take earplugs as the building is old and you can hear people walking down the corridor. Breakfast at the hotel is not essential, plenty of great places to eat around there. Lots of places to eat for all means. Cobblers bar attached to the hotel was excellent. Absolutely lovely staff and quick, delicious food after a day of travel."

"The Clybaun Hotel is centrally located to enjoy the different neighborhoods of Galway. Great central spot for taking side trips. The room was large, beds were comfortable, and everything from the bathroom to the floors were very clean. Bring your swimsuit and workout clothes as they have a super nice pool and gym on the underground parking floor. They do support the local swim team, but you are well notified of the times they are there and it is easy to work around. They have a delicious breakfast that everyone will enjoy. This hotel also has a restaurant called the Courtyard that you should make a reservation before arriving - check photos to decide if you want in the enclosed courtyard or inside. The restaurant staff was thoughtful, knew the menu, and so good. We were able to make a reservation when we arrived at 6pm for 8:15pm, so it is worth asking. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and went that extra step to ensure our trip was going well. Easy check in and check out. HINT: 1) For Americans driving there - The Clybaun Hotel sign is as visible as the Courtyard sign. My husband and I thought there were two hotels next to each other meaning two parking areas. Nope, that is the Courtyard Restaurant. 2) You can self-park in the open-air parking lot around if the hotel and they have a below ground parking lot for free. For a new driver on the other side of the road, it can be tricky, but nice to have. We definitely enjoyed our stay."
